This Chilean brewery caters to people who have decided to join the gluten free lifestyle trend or simply need to avoid gluten. Unlike other beers, Trawün is designed for celiac patients (and others who enjoy a tasty and healthy beverage) because it contains no gluten being suitable for all audiences. The beers are based on the ancient grain, quinoa instead of wheat which is the standard base for beers.
Microbrew Trawün born by the need to create a gourmet product, with unique Chilean flavours like gooseberry, murtilla and maqui with a goal is to change the reality for many people who deprive themselves of a social meeting or drink for lack of alternatives.
